Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Network & Security Engineer to monitor and maintain our enterprise network, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and IDS/IPS. You will analyze logs, coordinate incident response, perform vulnerability assessments, and support patch management while ensuring compliance with IT security policies.

Candidates should have a BS in CS/IT and 3–6 years of relevant experience, with certifications like CCNA/CCNP or NSE as a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Networking.
3–6 years of relevant experience in network operations, security operations, or infrastructure support.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, PCNSA, Security+ or equivalent are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers and switches.
Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity, performance and availability issues.
Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents and support incident response activities.
Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS and endpoint security solutions.
Analyze network logs and security events using SIEM tools.
Support patch management, firmware upgrades and security configuration reviews.
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors and service providers to resolve incidents.
Maintain network diagrams, security documentation and incident reports.
