Job summary

PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dubai seeks a TechMajlis Specialist Associate to support IT services within Internal Firm Services, focusing on incident management and service restoration while documenting outcomes.

You will coordinate across desktop, network, collaboration, and printer support, and contribute to training, rollout projects, and asset management to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement incident handling processes for major, complex, and low-impact incidents.
• Route requests to appropriate functions for resolution.
• Inform users and stakeholders of progress toward service restoration.
• Ensure incidents are documented and closed properly.
• Analyze root causes to minimize recurrence and drive service improvements.
• Support desktop, L1 network, L1 collaboration, and L1 printers categories.
• Log incidents and service requests and maintain relevant records.
• Respond to requests to fulfill or enable resolution.
• Perform country training sessions.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience with TechMajlis service.
• Assist in planning and executing TechMajlis rollout projects and system implementations.
• Assist in planning and managing new office build outs and office moves.
• Create and maintain an accurate register of assets.
• Perform activities related to administration of assets.
• Produce routine reports to assist asset management activities and decisionmaking.
