Job summary

Dubai Holding Group is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the IT department and align technology with business goals. The role entails planning, directing, and designing IT activities, plus enforcing IT policies, security, and best practices across the organization.

You will coordinate with decision-makers from other departments to identify, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions, while managing staff, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 8-9 years of relevant experience, 3+ years in a managerial role (retail preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems.
• Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
• MBA with technology as a core component preferred.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws.
• Strong leadership, communication, and HR management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT department planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures across architecture, security, and service provision.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, servers, PCs, and end‑user services including help desk.
• Define business and system requirements for new technology implementations.
• Manage vendor/outsourcer contracts and project portfolios.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop IT staff; evaluate performance.
• Communicate IT activities with executives and department heads.
