Job summary

Driven Properties is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations, infrastructure, security and support across offices in the UAE. The role reports to the COO and will manage IT Engineers and the support team.

You will oversee networks, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, vendor management, budgets and IT projects, ensuring smooth onboarding of new joiners and off-boarding access. The role offers growth toward group technology leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT support teams, vendors, budgets and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of information security, access management, backup and disaster recovery.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• UAE experience preferred.

Job description

Driven Properties is looking for an experienced, hands‑on IT Manager to lead our IT operations, infrastructure, security and support function across our offices.

The role will report to the COO and manage our IT Engineers and Support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve IT infrastructure across HQ and branch offices, including networks, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, servers, storage and telephony.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, access controls and licensing.
• Oversee cybersecurity, endpoint protection, MDM, patch management, MFA, backups and disaster recovery.
• Lead the IT support function, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and employees have the equipment and system access they need.
• Ensure full IT readiness for new joiners and timely access removal for leavers.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, telecom providers, hardware suppliers and software licensing.
• Maintain the company's IT asset register and oversee the full hardware lifecycle.
• Manage the annual IT budget, control expenditure and provide regular reporting to management.
• Plan and deliver IT projects including office expansions, fit‑outs, network upgrades, AV and infrastructure improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop the IT team while ensuring critical processes are documented and cross‑trained.

Requirements
