Job summary

Techmantra Gulf DMCC is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization's complete IT function, including enterprise applications, ERP/CRM systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT services aligned with business objectives.

You will lead IT strategy, governance, budgets, and vendor management.

• Implement cybersecurity policies, access controls, risk management, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance.
• Manage IT teams, service desk, SLAs, vendors, contracts, and technology costs.
• Drive digital transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure system availability, business continuity, and alignment with business needs.
