Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an IT Infrastructure Lead to manage and secure its critical IT environment. You will oversee networks, servers, VPNs, firewalls and backup systems, coordinate upgrades, and work with vendors to ensure reliable service.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business Administration and 2–4 years of IT infrastructure experience, plus strong English and relevant certifications such as CCNA or Microsoft/Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• 2–4 years of relevant IT-infrastructure experience
• Hands-on experience with networks, servers, VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and backup solutions
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, IT security, backup, and recovery solutions
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, Microsoft/Azure, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT infrastructure operations
• Supervise and maintain networks, servers, and IT systems
• Plan, implement, and monitor infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for efficient service delivery
• Support information security, backup, and disaster-recovery activities
