Job summary

Cellinfo is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer in Abu Dhabi to support enterprise environments, including servers, storage, virtualization, and Windows-based systems.

You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain infrastructures, participate in deployment projects, and ensure reliable operations for customer environments.

Applicants should have hands-on experience and relevant certifications; relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience in server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of storage systems (NetApp, HPE, Dell).

• Vendor certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure technologies and the ability to manage servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and Windows-based environments.

The successful candidate will support infrastructure implementation projects, perform installation and configuration activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide reliable infrastructure support for customer environments. Professionals with strong problem-solving skills and enterprise IT experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
• Manage server technologies including HPE Synergy, DL series, and Dell servers.
• Support storage solutions including NetApp, HPE, and Dell storage systems.
• Configure and maintain SAN and NAS environments, including Brocade and MDS switches.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, and KVM.
• Manage Windows Server infrastructure and Active Directory environments.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Data Center environments.

• Experience with server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of storage systems, virtualization, and Windows infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Enterprise infrastructure experience is preferred.
• Relevant vendor certifications will be an advantage.
