Job summary

Amana Healthcare is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of its IT backbone across on-premises and cloud environments in Abu Dhabi. The role involves analyzing infrastructure needs, implementing upgrades, and supporting day-to-day operations for a healthcare network.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in IT or CS with 2–5 years of infrastructure experience, hands-on expertise in Windows/Lin u Linux, networking, cloud platforms,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network administration.
• Relevant certifications such as: Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect, CompTIA Network+ or Security+.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Manage user access, security controls, and system compliance requirements.
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity planning.
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
• Work with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and diagrams.
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with organizational security and governance policies.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Microsoft.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure security.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with monitoring and backup tools.
