Job summary

Woodlem Education is seeking a Head of IT in the UAE to lead IT strategy and operations across campuses. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, 5–7 years of IT experience with 2 years in a managerial capacity, and strong hands-on ERP implementation and network management skills.

You will oversee ERP systems, LANs, servers, firewalls, PABX configurations, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure, ensuring reliable IT services across multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5–7 years IT experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Hands-on ERP implementation, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate networks, LAN, servers, and firewalls.
• PABX configuration experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows Server and IT infrastructure management.
• Experience managing IT operations across multiple branches or campuses.
• Professional approach and relevant experience encouraged.
