Caliberly in Dubai seeks a seasoned IT leader to shape and execute the technology strategy for a growing fintech portfolio. You will oversee all development, deployment, and maintenance of fintech applications, ensuring robust cybersecurity and alignment with UAE regulations.

Lead cloud infrastructure, manage budgets and vendors, and drive digital transformation to improve customer experience and efficiency. A background in AI, blockchain, and modern fintech tech is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT leadership experience in Fintech in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of banking APIs, payment gateways, blockchain, and digital wallets.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead IT strategy, budgeting, and large-scale technology projects.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and automation in financial services is a plus.
