Job summary

Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE is seeking a senior IT leader to oversee operations, infrastructure, cloud services, and workplace technology for PME and regional stakeholders. You will also serve as Local Information Security Officer (LISO) and drive AI governance, BI governance and digital transformation programs.

You will manage regional projects, identity and access, vendor governance and enterprise apps, collaborating with senior leadership to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Extensive IT management experience in multinational organizations.
• Experience leading regional technology initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and Copilot.
• Experience in information security, compliance, data governance and AI governance.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams, service providers and vendors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, cloud services, workplace technology, service management and business continuity for PME and regional stakeholders.
• Act as Local Information Security Officer (LISO) ensuring compliance with security directives, ISMS requirements, risk management, audits, incidents and awareness programs.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, collaboration technologies and productivity improvements.
• Own AI governance and adoption activities, including policy development, compliance reviews, user enablement and training.
• Govern BI and data platforms including Power BI processes, reporting governance, data quality and business requirements management.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, identity and access management, vendor access governance and enterprise app administration.
• Serve as strategic technology partner to leadership, departments, subsidiaries and external partners; manage regional projects, integrations and stakeholder communications.

• Proven experience leading regional technology initiatives, digital transformation programmes and cross-functional projects.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft Copilot
• Demonstrated experience in information security, cybersecurity, compliance, data governance and AI governance frameworks.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, service providers and technology vendors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
