Job summary

Rakbank in the United Arab Emirates seeks an entry-level IT Support specialist to troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues, provide user support, and assist with system enhancements.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver solutions, support automation initiatives, and help ensure SLAs are met. Fresh graduates are welcome, with opportunities to grow across IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship or professional experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is an advantage but not essential.
