Job summary

Latin Textiles & Trade DMCC in Dubai is seeking a Full-time on-site IT Administrator to design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory, while ensuring secure networking and robust backup strategies across multiple offices.

You will manage virtualization (VMware), office networking, firewall security, and provide L1/L2 support for users, devices, CCTV, and POS systems. The role requires hands-on, multi-location visit capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, group policies, and access control.
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/vSphere).
• Networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPN.
• Experience with enterprise firewall/security and backup strategies.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Infrastructure & Server Management

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access permissions.
• Implement and manage virtualization environments (VMware / vSphere).
• Monitor server performance, uptime, storage utilization, and overall system health.

Network Setup & Administration

• Plan and implement office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and structured cabling.
• Configure and manage LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and VPN connectivity.
• Ensure secure connectivity between head office and regional/remote offices.
• Diagnose and resolve network performance, connectivity, and access issues.

IT Security & Backup

• Configure and manage enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, Checkpoint, or equivalent).
• Implement endpoint protection, antivirus solutions, and access control policies.
• Manage data backup, disaster recovery strategies, and restoration procedures (SaaS / IaaS environments).
• Ensure data security, compliance, and protection against internal and external threats.

User Support & Device Management

• Provide L1/L2 onsite and remote IT support across multiple locations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, POS systems, and peripherals.
• Support Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS environments.
• Manage employee IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Occasionally visit site offices to handle IT-related tasks, installations, or troubleshooting.

CCTV, Access Control & Communication Systems

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, biometric access controls, and IP telephony solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of security and communication systems.

Software & Application Support

• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises and cloud).
• Manage software licensing, updates, patch management, and version control.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and IT policies.

Vendor & Asset Management

• Coordinate with IT vendors, service providers, and hardware suppliers.
• Support vendor evaluation, quotation analysis, and procurement processes.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, warranties, AMCs, and service agreements.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare periodic IT reports on system performance, security status, and incidents.
• Identify risks and recommend enhancements to improve infrastructure stability and efficiency.
• Ensure IT systems align with business requirements and future scalability.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
