UAE experience is preferred and strong networking knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of IT Administrator or similar experience.
• Strong networking, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and issue troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, and email systems.
• Maintain Wi‑Fi networks, routers, switches, and security systems.
• Perform data backups and support cybersecurity practices.
• Monitor and support CCTV and access-control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, and email systems.
• Maintain Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and network security systems.
• Perform data backups and support cybersecurity practices.
• Monitor and support CCTV and access-control systems.
• Ensure IT systems remain operational, secure, and properly maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience working with IT infrastructure and troubleshooting technical issues.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
