Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in the UAE is seeking an Islamic Finance Executive for Auto Finance to source Sahel products and meet targets. Responsibilities

• Source Sahel products to target segments and achieve or exceed targets
• Maintain good relationships with business entities and individuals sourced
• Visit potential companies/institutions to finalize deals within ADIB policy and turnaround times
• Demonstrate full product knowledge and apply it consistently
• Deliver timely, prompt service to customers
• Adhere to office hours, maintain confidentiality and secrecy norms
• Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications with accurate information and document authenticity for DSPU processing
• Follow approval processes and escalate delays as needed
• Execute Murabaha contracts and prepare files for card issuance within 24 hours of signing
• Ensure applications are error-free and rectify any errors
• Monitor file activation and notify RSS of delays at Card center
• Maintain good rapport with inter-department peers for smooth business flow
• Participate in promotions and line-manager assigned activities
• Cross-sell other banking products on best-effort basis
• Escalate customer complaints to supervisor when necessary

Role : Islamic Finance Executive- Auto Finance
Location : UAE

Main Responsibilities:

• To source Sahel products to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.
• Maintain good relationship with all the business entities/ individuals where the business sourced.
• To visit potential companies / institutions, to finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround timebased on ADIB policy and procedure.
• Fullawareness on product knowledge and implementing them at all times.
• Deliver a timely prompt service to the Customers.
• Adhere with stipulated office liming, follow strictly, secrecy norms and maintain data confidentiality.
• Prepare and review Standard Credit Application and ensure alI informationprovided are accurate and ensure authenticity of the critical documents (Copiesof Bank Statement, Passport copy, Salary certificate) prior sending to DSPU for processing.
• Follow the approval process and escalated the delay to RSS, if any.
• Execute Murabaha contract with the customer representing ADIB, and prepare the file as per the check list, forward card a location for card issuance through the coordinators within 24 hours of completing signing formalities with customer.
• To ensure that all applications submitted are error free and fix rectify the errorin case of any.
• Check the file activationand notifythe RSS in case of delayat Card center end.
• To maintain a good rapport with lnter-department / peers by ensuring a smooth flow of business.
• To participate in activities assigned by your line manager during promotions.
• Initiate cross-sell other banking products on best efforts basis.
• Escalate customer complaints to the supervisor level if any.
