Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Head of IS Risk Management in Abu Dhabi to lead the information security risk program across the Group. You will oversee risk assessments, threat intelligence reviews, and remediation actions to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of assets while aligning with regulations and standards.

The role requires strong governance skills, banking domain knowledge, and expertise in GRC tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field; master’s preferred.
Experience in banking and financial services sector is preferred.
Familiar with GRC tools and other risk management platforms.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, NESA, SWIFT CSP, PCI DSS and other information security standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee information security risk management across the organization.
Review threat intelligence and vulnerability reports to identify risks and ensure mitigation.
Lead risk monitoring and governance with stakeholders; report risk posture to senior management.
Coordinate risk assessments in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and refine risk dashboards and remediation plans with ORM, ITD, BCM, and other teams.
Oversee vendor/third-party risk reviews and related mitigation actions.
