Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE seeks an IP Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end inpatient and discharge billing within a hospital setting. You will prepare, verify, and audit patient bills, ensuring charges align with tariffs and supporting documents.

You will coordinate with insurance/TPA teams for approvals and claims, review accounts for adjustments, and liaise with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, and laboratory teams to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
• 2–5 years of IP billing experience in hospital/healthcare.
• Knowledge of hospital billing procedures and insurance processes.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination with multiple departments.

• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.

2. 2-5 years of experience in IP billing, preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment.

3. Good knowledge of hospital billing procedures and insurance processes.

4. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

5. Good communication and coordination skills.

6. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hospital information systems is an advantage.

7. UAE healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
