Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE seeks an IP Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end inpatient and discharge billing within a hospital setting. You will prepare, verify, and audit patient bills, ensuring charges align with tariffs and supporting documents.

You will coordinate with insurance/TPA teams for approvals and claims, review accounts for adjustments, and liaise with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, and laboratory teams to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
• 2–5 years of IP billing experience in hospital/healthcare.
• Knowledge of hospital billing procedures and insurance processes.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end inpatient billing and discharge billing processes.
• Prepare and verify patient bills with accurate charges and documents.
• Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams for approvals and claims.
