Job summary

ADNOC Drilling Company is seeking a senior professional to lead Investor Relations, coordinating with the VP Investor Relations and managing inquiries from sell-side and buy-side stakeholders. The role involves creating IR materials, strategy, and feedback for management, and supervising the Analyst, Investor Relations.

The position requires expertise in investor communications, market analyses, and regulatory compliance to position the company with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Communications or equivalent.
• 7+ years in a similar role at a publicly traded company.
• Experience in strategy, corporate development or FP&A.
• Experience in capital markets and UAE public company regulations.
• Experience working with senior management (Board, C-suite).

Responsibilities

• Develop the Investor Relations framework, strategy, policies and procedures.
• Create and manage communication between internal and external parties.
• Assist in managing equity research and investor relationships.
• Provide market insights and regular leadership reporting.
• Lead quarterly earnings materials and conference participation.
• Ensure regulatory disclosures with legal team.
• Prepare shareholder analysis and trade log reports.
• Support Annual, Corporate Governance and Sustainability reporting.
