Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, finance or related field.
• 8 years of experience in financial communications and investor relations.
• Experience in oil, gas or retail industries preferred.
• Proven ability to draft financial content and manage media relations.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage financial content such as earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and regulatory filings in coordination with the Investor Relations team.
• Ensure all investor materials align with ADNOC Distribution’s brand guidelines.
• Support messaging docs, speeches, Q&A documents for investor-facing engagements.
• Translate financial content between English and Arabic accurately and consistently.
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop investor materials including ESG and governance reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial media and influencers for positive coverage.
• Draft press releases and media content for external audiences.
• Respond to media inquiries related to investor relations and coordinate interviews with spokespeople.
• Monitor media coverage and provide insights to improve the company’s financial image.
• Align media messaging with corporate strategies and objectives.
• Assist in crisis communication plan development and execution with the Investor Relations Manager.
• Prepare timely communication materials during crises to maintain stakeholder trust.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather verified information for messaging.
• Monitor impact on investor sentiment and share performance during crises.
• Support internal training on crisis communication protocols.
