Job summary

ADNOC Distribution seeks a Specialist, Financial Communications to develop clear, accurate financial content for investors, shareholders, media and other stakeholders, coordinating with the Investor Relations team and external agencies.

Responsibilities include drafting earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports and regulatory filings, managing press materials, media relations and crisis communications while aligning with branding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, finance or related field.
• 8 years of experience in financial communication and digital/social marketing.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Retail preferable, strong media relations and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage the release of financial content such as earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure all investor-related materials align with brand standards and disclosure guidelines.
• Assist translation of financial content between English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy.
• Build relationships with financial media and influencers, draft press releases and coordinate interviews.
• Support crisis communications plans and investor events coordination.
