Job summary

ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) seeks an experienced Investor Relations professional to support internal analytics of ADNOC listed instruments and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. The role aims to maximize shareholder value by contributing to equity and debt capital markets projects within the Group Strategic Investments team.

Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, producing internal reports, drafting investor materials, and guiding investor relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Arabic language will be a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain informed view on trends, financial results and stakeholder expectations; provide alerts and reports.
• Support internal IR analysis on ADNOC listed instruments.
• Draft and update investor materials for internal and external meetings.
• Monitor investor feedback and participate in investor marketing and targeting.
• Assist in developing and monitoring IR performance metrics across the Group.
• Support debt and equity capital markets activities and related reporting.
