Job summary

ADNOC Drilling seeks a strategic Investor Relations professional to support the VP, Investor Relations and manage inquiries from sell-side and buy-side analysts. You will help create materials, coordinate meetings, and provide market insights for leadership review.

The role involves supervising the Analyst, Investor Relations and ensuring timely, compliant communications with internal and external stakeholders in a publicly listed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, corporate development or FP&A.
• Experience working in capital markets (sell-side, buy-side, financial consultancy or investment banking).
• Experience in reporting procedures and UAE public companies’ regulations.
• Experience dealing with senior management (Board, C-suite, SVP/VP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Investor Relations framework, strategy and procedures.
• Provide insights on market activity via regular reporting to leadership.
• Oversee creation of quarterly earnings materials / calls and conference participation.
• Ensure compliance with disclosures and regulatory reporting with legal.
