Confidential seeks an Associate to lead investor relations and fund-raising activities from DIFC, Dubai. You will originate commitments, manage a GCC-wide investor pipeline and present fund strategies to high-net-worth targets.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in capital raising for real assets, strong network, and fluency in English (Arabic preferred). The role emphasizes DFSA-regulated environment and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of fund-raising, investor relations or institutional/private wealth distribution experience.
• Proven track record originating and closing investor commitments with a strong network.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close investor commitments across GCC markets for real estate and private equity funds.
• Develop and manage a qualified investor pipeline from initial engagement to closing.
• Prepare regular fundraising reports and progress updates for senior management.
• Coordinate due diligence responses and investor onboarding processes.
• Engage family offices, HNWIs, private banks and intermediaries to grow funding opportunities.
