Job summary

Confidential, a Dubai-based trading broker, is seeking an experienced Head of Investor Relations to lead investor communications and build strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders. The role supports financial and capital-market objectives and requires close collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.

The successful candidate will develop an IR strategy, monitor market trends, and ensure regulatory disclosure requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, financial analysis, and investor communications.
• Knowledge of UAE capital markets and SCA regulations is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the investor relations strategy.
• Build relationships with investors, shareholders, and analysts.
• Prepare investor presentations, reports, and communications.
• Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitors.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable disclosure and regulatory requirements.
