Job summary

ADNOC Distribution seeks a Specialist, Financial Communications to lead the creation and delivery of clear, timely financial content for investors, shareholders, media, and stakeholders. You will manage press materials, regulatory filings, and crisis communications while aligning with branding standards.

Role involves collaborating with IR and external agencies to produce ESG and governance reports, prepare speeches and Q&A, and support investor events across internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial communication and related activities.
• Experience in oil, gas or retail sectors preferred.
• Strong drafting of financial content, media relations, and investor events.
• Knowledge of regulatory disclosure and financial reporting cycles.
• Ability to work under pressure during earnings releases or crises.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage financial content releases (earnings, presentations, annual reports, filings) with IR team.
• Coordinate messaging with branding guidelines and external agencies.
• Translate financial content between English and Arabic as needed.
• Develop investor materials including ESG and governance reports.
• Engage financial media and influencers, coordinate interviews and responses.
• Plan and execute investor events, including logistics and content.
