Job summary

The Greater Change in Dubai is seeking a Telesales Consultant to join a growing investment sales team. You will focus on acquiring new investors through structured outbound calls, qualify leads and convert them into first-time clients while building long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of outbound telesales, experience in financial services, excellent English, and preferably Arabic. UAE-based or willing to relocate, with a base salary of AED 6,000 per month plus 1% commission

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound telesales experience.
• Experience selling financial services, investments, insurance, wealth products or other high-value consultative products.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
• UAE based or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Qualify prospective investors based on investment objectives, liquidity and suitability.
• Present investment opportunities in physical gold and silver as portfolio diversification solutions.
• Confidently handle objections relating to pricing, storage, investment risk and market conditions.
• Convert qualified prospects into first-time investors.
• Coordinate smooth client handover to Portfolio Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including notes, pipeline stages and follow-up activities.
• Achieve monthly activity, conversion and revenue targets.
