Job summary

Chalhoub Group invites a seasoned Investment Lead to steer its diversified portfolio across public markets, real estate, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure, with emphasis on US and Europe. You will assess managers, lead due diligence, monitor performance, and prepare memoranda for committees, reporting to the Chalhoub Family Office leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a family office or investment management environment.
• Exposure to public and private markets, including real estate, with US and European focus.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
• Knowledge of fund structures, cross-border vehicles, and liquidity management.
• Proven ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage investment allocations across public markets, real estate, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure.
• Identify and assess investment managers and opportunities globally (US/Europe).
• Lead due diligence, financial modelling, valuation and risk assessment; prepare memoranda for Investment Committee.
