AHS LLC is seeking a seasoned Investment Leader to oversee its Family Office portfolio in the UAE. You will shape policy, manage multi-asset allocations across public and private markets, and drive direct investments and co-investments while supervising external managers and reporting to UHNW family stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in investment management, private equity or family office.
• Senior leadership experience (5+ years).
• Experience with multi-asset portfolios and direct private investments.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory and tax environment (DIFC/ADGM).
• Experience with UHNW GCC families.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Family Office Investment Policy Statement.
• Set strategic and tactical asset allocation across public and private asset classes.
• Source, evaluate and execute direct investments, co-investments and fund commitments.
• Oversee portfolio performance and monitor external fund managers.
• Manage wealth structuring, succession planning and regulatory compliance.
• Establish investment committee, risk management framework and KYC/AML controls.
• Deliver consolidated reporting and manage private bank and adviser relationships.
• Build, lead and develop the Family Office investment and finance team.
