Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking an Investment Lead for the Chalhoub Family Office to drive strategy and manage a diversified portfolio across public markets, real estate, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure, with a focus on the US and Europe.

You will assess managers, lead due diligence, monitor performance and manage capital and liquidity, presenting recommendations to protect and grow family wealth over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a family office or investment management environment.
• Experience across real estate and infrastructure investments; US and European markets.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and due diligence skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocations across public markets, real estate, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure.
• Identify and assess investment managers and opportunities in Europe and the US.
• Lead due diligence, financial modelling, valuation and risk assessment; prepare memoranda for the Investment Committee.
• Monitor investments and portfolio performance; manage budgets and liquidity.
• Prepare quarterly portfolio reports and analyses; guide the Investment Analyst.
