Chalhoub Group on behalf of Zimmermann is seeking a senior investment professional to manage allocations across public markets, real estate, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure in the Dubai area.

The role involves identifying managers, conducting due diligence, financial modelling, and preparing investment memoranda for the Investment Committee, with oversight of portfolio performance reporting and cash flow management.

Formación

• Strong financial modelling, valuation and due diligence skills.
• Knowledge of fund structures and cross-border investment vehicles.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage investment allocations across public markets, real estate, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure.
• Identify and assess investment managers and opportunities, particularly in Europe and the US.
• Lead due diligence, financial modelling, valuation and risk assessment.
• Prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee.
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage budgets, cash flow, capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare quarterly portfolio performance reports.
• Guide the Investment Analyst while remaining hands-on.
