Job summary

Chalhoub Family Office in Dubai seeks an Investment Lead to steer strategy and manage a diversified portfolio across public markets, private equity, real estate, venture capital and infrastructure with a US and Europe focus.

You will supervise manager and opportunity sourcing, due diligence, IC memos, portfolio monitoring and capital/liquidity management, reporting to the VP. Strong modelling, cross-border experience, and fluency in English (French preferred) are essential.

Qualifications

• Family office or investment-management experience across public and private markets.
• Experience across real estate investments, US/Europe exposure.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and due diligence skills.
• Knowledge of fund structures, cross-border investment vehicles and tax/regulatory considerations.
• Ability to present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage investment allocations across public markets, real estate, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure.
• Identify and assess investment managers and opportunities globally, focusing on Europe and the US.
• Lead due diligence, financial modelling, valuation and risk assessment; prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee.
• Monitor investments and portfolio performance; identify risks and take action.
• Manage investment budgets, cash flow forecasts, capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare quarterly portfolio performance reports and analyses for reviews.
• Guide the Investment Analyst while remaining hands-on with analysis.
