Role Description

The Investment Director at FFT - Hospitalités will oversee and optimize the organization’s investment portfolio, focusing on risk-adjusted returns aligned with the institution’s mission and financial objectives. This part-time, remote role includes designing and implementing investment strategies, evaluating new investment opportunities, and conducting ongoing performance reviews across asset classes. The Investment Director will prepare clear reports and presentations for leadership, support strategic asset allocation decisions, and ensure adherence to relevant policies, regulations, and ethical standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors, monitoring market trends, and recommending tactical adjustments to the portfolio as conditions evolve.

Qualifications

• Strong investment management experience, including responsibility for overseeing diversified portfolios and making informed investment decisions.
• Proficiency in finance and investments, with the ability to interpret financial statements, market data, and economic indicators.
• Solid analytical skills to evaluate risk, return, and scenario outcomes, and to support evidence-based recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement investment strategies that align with organizational goals and risk tolerance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts to non-specialist stakeholders.
