Job summary

ENOC invites applications for a transaction support role within the Investments and Corporate Solutions (I-CS) department. You will lead evaluation and execution support for M&A and inorganic growth initiatives, building financial models and preparing memorandums and presentations for leadership.

The role requires 3-5 years in corporate finance or M&A, an MBA preferred, and experience in the Middle East. Strong analytical, communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in corporate finance or M&A, preferably supporting execution in inorganic growth
• MBA preferred and experience in the Middle East region is advantageous
• Strong financial, analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and execution efforts within Investments & Corporate Solutions
• Develop complex financial models (DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, LBOs)
• Prepare descriptive memorandums, management presentations and board materials
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors during due diligence
• Maintain industry and company research for ENOC's inorganic growth strategy
