Job summary

Elevate Partners in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Associate to support direct investments and strategic transactions across infrastructure, industrials and other key sectors. You will evaluate opportunities, build robust financial models, and contribute to investment memoranda for senior management and IC review.

The role offers exposure to cross-border transactions, detailed due diligence, and a pipeline of strategic opportunities within a growing platform based in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in investment banking, ideally at a bulge bracket or leading advisory firm.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with demonstrable M&A or transaction execution experience.
• Sound commercial judgement and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
• An opportunity to move into principal investing, with exposure to international transactions and active portfolio ownership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across infrastructure, industrial and other strategic sectors, undertaking detailed financial, commercial and strategic analysis.
• Build and review detailed financial models including valuation, returns, capital structure, financing and scenario analysis.
• Conduct company, sector and market research to assess industry dynamics, competitive positioning, growth opportunities and key investment risks.
• Support the full transaction lifecycle from initial screening and investment thesis development through due diligence, valuation, negotiation, execution and completion.
• Prepare investment memoranda, financial analysis and presentation materials for senior management and Investment Committee review.
