Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land and property opportunities across Dubai, the UAE, and international markets.
• Source opportunities through open-market listings, auctions, distressed or off-market deals, and direct owner or broker channels.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of acquisition opportunities categorized by location, asset type, pricing, and deal structure.
• Track competitive market intelligence including sale prices, launch prices, payment plans, and incentives offered by major developers.
• Analyze pricing trends, absorption rates, and demand indicators across comparable projects and locations.
• Collect and organize data on developer sales strategies, discounts, and financing terms to support benchmarking.
• Build and manage relationships with real estate brokers, auction houses, developers, landowners, and valuation professionals.
• Prepare market reports, pricing comparisons, feasibility inputs, and opportunity assessments for senior management and investment committees.
• Identify emerging trends, underserved segments, and strategic market gaps to support future development or acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to assess risks, returns, and financial viability of proposed investments.

Ideal Profile
