Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project from tender stage through project close‑out.
• Review contract documents including scope of work, terms and conditions, and milestone schedules to incorporate all contractual obligations into baseline programmes.
• Monitor project progress, conduct critical path analysis, and identify potential schedule risks or deviations from the approved baseline.
• Prepare time impact analyses, extension of time submissions, and schedule narratives to support contractual claims and negotiations.
• Develop and update resource‑loaded and cost‑loaded schedules where contractually required.
• Produce weekly and monthly planning reports highlighting progress status, risks, mitigation measures, and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, commercial teams, and site engineers to validate progress updates and incorporate approved variations.
• Participate in contract and progress review meetings, providing planning input on schedule implications of changes and variations.
• Maintain accurate records of programme updates, correspondence, and reports to support claims management and dispute resolution.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a Planner within construction, engineering, or infrastructure project environments.
• Proven experience in contractual planning, baseline programme development, delay analysis methodologies, and claims preparation.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools.
• Solid understanding of project controls principles, earned value management, and performance measurement techniques.
• In‑depth knowledge of standard forms of contract such as FIDIC, NEC, or JCT and their impact on project scheduling.
