Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment | Operations is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee site inventory operations, optimize stock levels, and ensure compliance with food safety and safety standards. You will manage stock accuracy, reporting, and cost control while supporting uninterrupted guest experiences.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, purchase order processing, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to identify variances and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Experience with Materials Control (MC) or Micros inventory systems.
• Strong knowledge of stock control, cost management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, process purchase orders, and track stock movements.
• Receive, inspect, label, and restock inventory items as required.
• Record stock receipts, transfers, and wastage within inventory management systems daily.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
• Investigate variances and provide corrective actions.
