Job summary

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) seeks a Supply Chain Executive to keep our store network seamlessly stocked by orchestrating daily replenishment from the central distribution center, handling inter-branch stock transfers, and addressing inventory discrepancies. You will provide actionable operational reports to cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2–4+ years in supply chain or retail operations, strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems,

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hands-on supply chain or retail operations experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and data accuracy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily store replenishment from central warehouse to ensure stock availability.
• Process manual store orders, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Be the main contact for store teams on stock status and replenishment.
• Monitor inter-branch stock transfers and reconcile inventory across locations.
• Perform batch corrections in back-office systems and maintain data integrity.
• Prepare and distribute weekly supply chain and inventory reports.
