Job summary

Careers International is seeking an Inventory Executive to manage stock for our building materials division. You will maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, support warehouse coordination, and ensure documentation is precise and timely.

The role requires a degree or diploma in logistics or related field, 0–2 years’ experience, and proficient Excel skills with exposure to ERP systems. You will work closely with purchasing, sales, and accounts to keep stock aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• 0-2 years of inventory/warehouse experience.
• Basic building materials knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and perform stock checks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records for all incoming and outgoing building materials.
• Update and manage daily stock register manually and/or through software (Excel or ERP).
• Coordinate with the purchase and sales teams for dispatch and delivery tracking.
• Conduct physical verification of inventory and report discrepancies.
• Label and store materials properly, ensuring easy identification and access.
• Handle inventory reports and assist in monthly/quarterly audits.
• Follow up with suppliers or vendors for delivery timelines.
• Assist the accounts team in material reconciliation as needed.
