Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in the system.
• Monitor stock levels, movements, receipts and dispatches.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations.
• Conduct stock counts and reconcile with records.
• Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, excess inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports.
• Document all inventory transactions.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
• Support internal stock audits with organized documentation.
