Panamera Living in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory records, monitor stock movements, and ensure accurate inventory control. You will ensure stock accuracy, timely replenishment, and smooth operations across teams.

You will collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations to perform regular counts, generate reports, and maintain thorough documentation to support audits. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate inventory records in the company's inventory management system.
• Monitor stock levels, stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory management.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Maintain organized inventory documentation and support internal stock audits.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory management, inventory coordination, or stock control.
• Good knowledge of inventory procedures and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 6,000
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
