Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Inventory Controller in Dubai to compile and maintain stock records, reconcile discrepancies, and manage in/out transactions. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is required, with 3+ years in a similar role and 2+ years in retail.

You will ensure accurate inventory levels, perform regular spot checks, and prepare monthly reports on stock and damages. The role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Asst. / Inventory Controller.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in SAP.
• Minimum 2 years in Retail Division.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English Language.
• Detailed oriented with strong clerical skills in recording responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of quantity and value of stock, sales and in/out transactions.
• Prepare daily SOH/Masters report for all location
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Process stock-out — Warehouse to Stores and Stores to Warehouse
• Product Master maintenance- Item Master creation
• Maintain monthly hardware stock-take reports
• Verify data with physical stock counts and adjust discrepancies
• Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions; maintain updated records
• Prepare reports on price lists, inventory balance, damages and shortages monthly
• Report stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary
• Communicate with retail outlets regarding delivery, ordering issues and solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager
• Inventory Controller responsibilities: Manage inventory levels and replenishment; maintain inventory records including locations and expiration dates
• Conduct regular spot-checks and report findings
• Create and maintain inventory control procedures
• Maintain property security and records per regulations
• Place orders for parts and supplies
• Maintain customer account records and vehicle/personal records
