Role Context

The Inventory and Pricing Executive will support Al-Futtaim Automotive's Commercial Vehicles Aftersales and Parts team by maintaining accurate pricing structures, improving parts availability, protecting margins, and ensuring efficient working capital use. The role requires close coordination with Aftersales, Procurement, Finance, OEM partners, and operational teams to strengthen stock health, support workshop requirements, reduce aged inventory, and improve overall parts performance across heavy-duty truck operations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and maintain parts pricing strategies aligned with market benchmarks, business objectives, and margin targets.
  • Manage pricing structures, discount controls, approvals, and system updates to ensure accurate and consistent parts pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels for heavy-duty truck parts to support optimal stock availability and workshop service continuity.
  • Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving parts and recommend corrective actions to improve inventory efficiency.
  • Analyze demand patterns, sales history, workshop requirements, and market trends to forecast parts needs accurately.
  • Monitor margin performance and highlight pricing deviations, profitability risks, and commercial opportunities.
  • Support aged stock management by preparing clearance recommendations and stock reduction strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, stock health, demand trends, inventory movement, and parts availability.
  • Work closely with Aftersales, Procurement, Finance, OEM stakeholders, and operational teams to support pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Maintain data accuracy across ERP systems, pricing files, reporting dashboards, and inventory records.
  • Support continuous improvement of pricing controls, reporting processes, inventory planning, and system workflows.
  • Assist in improving working capital efficiency by reducing excess stock while maintaining strong parts availability.
  • Provide actionable insights from data analysis to support management decisions and aftersales profitability.
  • Ensure pricing and inventory activities follow internal controls, business standards, and operational requirements.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in parts operations, inventory management, pricing, aftersales support, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, or heavy-duty truck segment is preferred.
  • Good understanding of parts operations, inventory control, stock movement, pricing structures, and margin management.
  • Strong analytical ability with the capacity to interpret data and convert findings into practical business actions.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work on pricing files, data models, stock reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, and Power BI is preferred.
  • Strong commercial awareness with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage pricing controls, demand forecasting, aged stock tracking, and parts performance reporting.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to GCC automotive or heavy-duty truck parts operations is an advantage.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced aftersales environment.
