Job summary

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort invites applications for a structured internship program designed to develop hospitality skills through hands-on operational exposure, guided learning and mentorship.

Internship opportunities are available across selected departments, with a learning plan, regular feedback from a dedicated Job Coach and opportunities to contribute to hotel projects.

Qualifications

• Students currently enrolled in, or recent graduates from, an accredited hospitality management institution.
• Candidates aged 18 years or above.
• Individuals with a genuine interest in luxury hospitality and guest service.
• Curious, proactive learners who are eager to develop their professional skills.
• Team players who demonstrate professionalism, respect and a commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to key functions within your assigned department.
• A structured learning plan aligned with your internship duration and academic requirements.
• Guidance and regular feedback from a dedicated Job Coach and departmental leaders.
• Exposure to operational, administrative and supervisory responsibilities.
• Learning and development activities throughout your internship.
• Regular progress discussions and formal performance reviews.
