Job summary

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a dynamic hospitality leader to oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring guest experiences align with Anantara standards and drive profitability.

You will forecast business levels, plan staffing, collaborate with Learning & Development, mentor managers, and maintain brand SOPs, safety, and asset care to deliver exceptional service. This is an on-site role requiring hands-on leadership and teamwork across departments to elevate the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability in line with Anantara standards.
  • Support the achievement of departmental financial objectives through budgeting, revenue generation, cost control, and productivity management.
  • Forecast business levels and plan staffing requirements to ensure efficient operations and optimal service delivery.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs, deliver departmental training, and foster continuous learning and development.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, and team members, promoting a high-performance culture and effective succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and labour costs while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
  • Oversee maintenance and proper use of departmental assets, equipment, and facilities, coordinating preventative maintenance as required.
  • Promote guest loyalty programmes and ensure team members actively support brand initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  • Foster collaboration with all hotel departments, particularly Banqueting and Events, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead by example through a hands-on management style, creating a positive work environment and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence.
