Shield AI is seeking an International Aechelon / Simulation Sales Specialist to drive growth of the Aechelon simulation portfolio across international markets. This role will partner with regional sales leaders and account teams to identify, shape, and advance simulation opportunities with customers and partners.

The role combines product and market knowledge with strong commercial execution, helping position the Aechelon portfolio, support customer engagement, and drive opportunity development

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, overlay sales, capture support, or related customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to support or drive complex technology sales in international, enterprise, government, or defense environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Serve as the specialist sales resource for the Aechelon simulation portfolio across priority international markets.
• Partner with regional sales leaders, account owners, and business development teams to identify, qualify, and advance simulation opportunities.
