Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our UAE team on high-profile projects. You will handle post-contract commercial administration, re-measurement, and cost reporting while coordinating with design and procurement teams.

Ideal candidates have a Quantity Surveying degree, 5+ years post-degree experience, and familiarity with CostX or similar QS software. English writing and strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective stakeholder communication.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to report clearly in English and maintain project records.

Responsibilities

Job Description Overview

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Your role

Post Contract Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractors claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.

About you

Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred. Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university. Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management. Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc.. Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years. Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
