Tanqeeb invites a seasoned Fitout Engineer cum Project & Technical Coordinator to support our Project Director in premium interior fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee daily execution, coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, and ensure compliance with design specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) or Architecture or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in technical coordination within fit-out or construction.
• Proven track record managing multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and method statements for compliance.
• Manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, optimizing inventory.
