Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced cost estimator for interior projects in Dubai. The role involves analyzing plans to generate accurate estimates and collaborating with architects, designers and project managers to define scope.

You will research materials, manage supplier relations and prepare clear bid proposals with timelines and required resources. A strong background in interior design cost management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience estimating interior projects.
• Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) or similar certification.
• Experience in commercial or residential interior design sectors.
